Modules are a set of tasks players perform in a set time. There are many benefits to running training like thios with ease of planning to ease of running and they are fun.
4 players per court - 10 minute modules
Module 1 - Core skills
This will take around 10 minutes and each player will have around 500 hits
All skills can be done on any wall, do not worry about the tin.
