Tips to suit your level

The bulk of this site is directed at Club players taking into account the muscle strength and general ability players have from playing around three times per week, many Youtube videos make the assumption that you can play like the best players in the world with training but the reality is the players you see on Youtube are elite athletes devoting all their time to reaching a very high level.

Our aim is to help you gain full control over your movement and shots and playing a strategic game with the eventual outcome being that you love the game as much as we do.

One of the important parts of playing well is to feel you are always improving, don't practice bad habits, coaching will improve your understanding and enjoyment of the game.

Coaching can be improving general hitting or more advanced such as how to keep the ball on the wall, deception, power hitting without a big swing or effortless court movement.

Learning a new skill or changing your swing is the first step, muscles take time to get the range of movement and the strength to be in full control.

This is a sample of the information provided for each skill.

Each shot or skill has a video explaining the method of how to develop your swing and emphasizes the critical parts of the skill.

Several different coaches may explain their coaching methods for each skill

The second video covering this skill shows how to develop the range of movement and strength to perform the skill consistently and the best individual Routines to practice this skill.

We suggest the best Routines and Training games to practice this skill.

It is very important to have a good understanding of your Targets together with a quality Game Plan when playing individual shots, don't be in a hurry to finish every rally with winners as soon as you can, the feeling of control is a wonderful thing as you play structured rallies with balanced shots.
